About

US Forest Service campground. Shaded by large Gambel oak and sycamore trees, this campground is lightly used. It also has some remnants of times gone past. What looks like an old, hand dug cistern well can be seen north of the campground. Pack out what you pack in. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
