US Forest Service campground. This tiny campground is a refreshing break from civilization. Located just across the meadow from Lytle Prairie, the campground offers excellent opportunities for photography, wildlife viewing and general relaxation. A short drive will bring you to the headwaters of the Wild and Scenic North Fork Crooked River, which offers opportunities for superb trout fishing. Pack out what you pack in. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
