US Forest Service campground. Primitive camping area inside the National Catahoula Wildlife Management Preserve. Hwy 472 camp is split into 2 locations directly across from each other. Each facility provides group camping, tent camping, information board, and restrooms. Pack out what you pack in. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
