US Forest Service campground. 11 campsites on the Wild & Scenic Salmon River. Fishing in the river for cutthroat and rainbow trout, steelhead and whitefish. Trailheads to the west and north of the campground access extensive trail systems, and loop trips can be planned, heading north and west or south and east. Pack out what you pack in. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
