US Forest Service campground. Beaver Lake Campground is a small, secluded, family-friendly campground located on the shores of its namesake lake. The waterfront sites provide spectacular scenic views of the area and its location gives visitors access to several popular areas of the Chequamegon National Forest. Open season: May 1st through mid October. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
