US Forest Service campground. Sam Billings Memorial Campground is located off the West Fork Rd and consists of 12 campsites complete with picnic tables, and fire rings. There is also a large area ideal for group activities. Other facilities include vault toilets. Campground can accommodate RVs or trailers to 30 feet. Adjacent to the campground is a horse camp facility and Boulder Creek Trailhead. Pack out what you pack in. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
