US Forest Service campground. Wanaki Loop is part of the Norway Beach Recreation Area, at the southern shores of beautiful Cass Lake in north central Minnesota. The campground is a perfect location for family camping, with excellent boating and fishing opportunities. Open season: 05/22/2026-09/08/2026. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
