About

Weber County campground in 2,600-acre North Fork Park on the east side of the Wasatch Mountains, an International Dark Sky destination. The county describes approximately 132 individual sites in five areas - Cold Water, Cutler Flats, Loop A/B/Corrals, Middle Gate, and Mustang Flats - with fire pits, picnic tables, running water, and flush toilets nearby; horse corrals and limited accessible facilities. Individual sites are first come, first served with no reservations, and camp hosts are stationed near the south and middle entrances. Six large group sites with covered pavilions and restrooms take about 50 people each, and two smaller group sites about 30; group sites are reserved by phone. Yurts are rented separately. Hiking, biking, and horse trails, and Nordic skiing through Ogden Nordic. Opens the first weekend of May, weather permitting, and closes in mid-October when the water is turned off.
