City-run campground at Burlington Bay on Lake Superior in Two Harbors. 148 sites: 66 with water and 30/50-amp electric, 70 full-hookup (water, 30/50-amp electric, sewer), plus 12 primitive tent sites. WiFi, a dump station, and ice available. Rates include up to 4 adults and 1 vehicle per site; children under 12 stay free. Open mid-May through mid-October. Check-in noon, checkout 11am; quiet hours 10pm-8am.
