About

San Juan County RV park at McGee Park east of Farmington, and by a wide margin the largest local-public campground in New Mexico. The county's two pages disagree about the size: its dedicated RV page gives 574 hookup sites plus about 100 dry, while its McGee Park overview gives 576 hookup plus more than 200 dry. Either way there is a great deal of room, and the county says reservations are not needed. Sites are 21 by 41 feet with 30 and 50-amp service; water is at each hookup site from April to October, with tank filling in winter. Dump station and evening security. Open year-round, first-come.
