Sac County Conservation Board headquarters park, 86 wooded acres along the North Raccoon River, two and a half miles south of Sac City. Fishing, canoeing, camping, and hiking among oak, hickory, and ash trees. 13 shaded campsites, water/sewer/electric hookups. Indoor restroom in the shelterhouse. Pets prohibited. First-come, first-served, no reservations; opens May 1.
