About

Rock Island County Forest Preserve campground (174 acres) along the Mississippi River. 60 camping pads with water and electric hookups, plus 25 primitive pads. Hiking/biking trails, a picnic shelter, playground, boat ramp access to the Mississippi River, a scenic overlook, and Great River Trail access. Season roughly first weekend of April through last weekend of October, weather permitting. Camp office hours (Apr-Oct): Mon-Sat 8am-8pm, Sun 8am-5pm.
