About
The larger of Portage County's two campgrounds in 143-acre Lake Emily Park just west of Amherst Junction, on 96-acre Lake Emily. The county's booking inventory lists 58 sites, numbered 1-51 and A-G; all sites except the tent sites have electric hookups. Showers, dump station, boat ramp and swimming beach. Open May 1 through October 31; reservations must be made at least 7 days ahead online or at the county parks office, otherwise register in person at the campground on the day of arrival. A 2019 park map gives 69 sites across both campgrounds.
