City of Platteville's 15-site campground in Mound View Park, with paved and wilderness trails, a pool and ball fields nearby. All sites take tents or RVs and have water and electric: tent-oriented sites 1-9 have 20-amp service and RV sites 10-15 have 20/30/50 amp. Restrooms, showers and a dump station in the park. Up to six campers per site. Leashed pets allowed. Reservations online through the city's recreation system or by phone.
