Pepin County campground on Silver Birch Lake just south of Arkansaw, in a 75-acre park. 20 reservable back-in sites with 30-amp electric: standard sites 1-16 and premium sites 17-20. Showers were added in 2025. No dump station at Holden Park; the nearest is at Tarrant Park in Durand ($10). Reservations must be made online before arrival.
