About
Monroe County park campground on 50-acre Lake Wazeda near Warrens, in more than 1,000 acres of county forest, with a swimming beach, boat launch, fishing pier and kayak rentals. Sites 1-88 have on-site electric (50/30/20 amp) and water hookups (some shared) and sites 89-94 are walk-in primitive tent sites; 39 sites are reservable online and 49 are first-come, first-served by self-registration, and 15 are pull-throughs. Two shower buildings with flush toilets, a dump station with potable water, and a fish cleaning house. Leashed pets welcome. Water may be limited in April, May, October and November. Camping season first Saturday in April through November 30.
