County regional park campground in the Sonoran desert north of Phoenix, in a 2,900-acre park with hiking and riding trails and a nature center. 55 developed tent and RV sites, restrooms, showers, and a dump station. Pads average 40 feet and some pull-through sites take rigs up to 60. The former group campground here is no longer offered. Booked online.
