City of Le Mars campground in the Municipal Park, next to the park's swimming beach and pond. 67 sites: the north loop has water and electric, the south and beach loops are full hookup, and tent sites have water and electric. Club house with restrooms and showers, and a storm shelter. Open May 1 to October 1. No online booking - reservations by phone (712-546-8360 or 712-541-9204), taken from April 1 for long-term stays and April 8 for short stays.
Fees
$25 per night north loop (water/electric), $30 south loop and $35 beach loop (full hookup), $20 tent; 20% off monthly stays.
