About

Inyo County campground on the shore of Diaz Lake below the Sierra escarpment, three miles south of Lone Pine on US 395. 100 camping spaces with tables, grills and fire rings; sites 44-46 are group sites. Vault toilets; no hookups, no showers. RVs up to 45 feet. Boating opens May 15 with inspections; fishing on the lake year-round. Dog friendly. Open year-round; reservations through ReserveAmerica or first-come with automated pay stations. ATVs are not allowed inside the campground (trails start at the back gate).
