About

Hill County park in the Bears Paw Mountains south of Havre, billed as the largest county park in the United States at over 10,000 acres along 17 miles of Highway 234. Over 100 rustic campgrounds and picnic areas, most first-come, first-served; larger group sites can be reserved. RV dump station, potable water fill station at the park office. Fishing, picnicking, wildlife viewing, and hiking. A current park permit is required for all park use. Open year-round.
