A distinct 16-acre camping zone within Oakland Mills Park, along the Skunk River's north shore, with the Ross Observation Tower. 25 sites: 20 semi-modern, 5 primitive. Electric and pressurized water; no sewer. Restroom, picnic shelter, playground, boat ramp, dump station, fire rings. Reservations go through Henry County Conservation's own reservation portal. Camping mid-April to mid-October, with on-site resident host. Pet friendly. Shares the Oakland Mills Park point; the county publishes no separate map location for the Water Works area on the north shore.
