Hawaiʻi County beach-park campground on the famous Punaluʻu black-sand beach in Kaʻū. Restrooms, outdoor showers, drinking water, and a day-use-only pavilion (separate permit required, no camping inside it). Alcohol permitted 10am-10pm only.
