About
St. Johns River Water Management District camping area at Blue Cypress Conservation Area, one of the district's designated primitive campsites in the marsh east of Blue Cypress Lake, near Fellsmere. A single campsite, up to four tents. Access from the Fellsmere Grade Recreation Area or the 512 Recreation Area; miles of levees for hiking and bicycling, plus boating, fishing and seasonal hunting. Free, but a permit is required. Reservations: online. The district lists this site as Garcia Camp.
