About
City of Elkader 3-acre shaded campground near the Turkey River, with a bathhouse offering hot showers, picnic tables, playground equipment, ball fields, tennis and pickleball courts, a disc golf course, and an exercise trail, plus trail access to downtown museums. About 105 total sites: 60 RV (15 with water connections, 26 electrical posts at 50/30/20 amp) and 45-50 tent sites (no hookups). First-come, first-served, no reservations; registration at an on-site booth. Season April 1-November 1, weather permitting.
Fees
RV (water & electric): $40/night. Tent (no hookups): $20/night. Weekly: $190. Monthly: $450.
