City of Downey RV park on 3rd West Street next to the Bannock County Fairgrounds, with 10 water-and-electric sites. First come, first served; no reservations. Stays are limited to 10 days. Showers cost 75 cents and the RV dump next to the fairgrounds is $5. Water is shut off in the cold months, and the park is reserved for fair use in early August.
