About
City-run campground just east of Canton via East Chestnut St/County Highway 27. 60 RV sites and 15 primitive sites (all with water and electric except a small area of 5 primitive sites); weekly-pumped dump station. Shower house, first-aid station, vending, playground, seasonal weekend food vendors, picnic areas, hiking trails, boat slips and kayak launches, and a lake-view observation deck. Cabin rentals also available. Open April 15-October 15. Full payment due at reservation; contact the campground host directly.
