Nibiischii Corporation (an organization of the Cree Nation of Mistissini) operates rustic fishing-camping across the Albanel-Mistassini-Waconichi Lakes wildlife sanctuaries - a large territory with four developed camping sites (Albanel Lake, Waconichi Lake, Penicouane Bay, Robineau Lake), booked and marketed together as one umbrella operation, plus restricted rustic/canoe-camping deeper in the territory. Current reception is at the Waconichi chalets on Route du Nord (the Rupert welcome office is under construction). Open 8am-4pm Monday-Saturday for inquiries.
