About

A Municipal District of Greenview campground 6 km south of Valleyview on Highway 43, then along Highway 665 and Little Smoky Road, opened in 2018 along the Goose River with walking trails usable for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in winter. 20 non-serviced sites plus 7 day-use sites, 2 accessible outhouses, picnic tables and fire pits, a playground, and horseshoe pits. First-come, first-served (cash/cheque self-registration box). Dogs must be leashed and are not allowed on the beach. Open roughly the May long weekend through Thanksgiving.
