About

City of Kawartha Lakes municipally-owned, permanent-seasonal trailer park on Canal Lake along the Trent-Severn Waterway, near the Kirkfield Lift Lock. 173 sites (up to 40-foot trailers) with municipal water, sewer, and 30-amp power, or water/power/pump-out service. Beach, boat launch/docking, playgrounds, laundry, and sports courts on site; gated, pet-friendly. Had no vacant seasonal sites at last check (a permanent-seasonal park, not a nightly travel stop) - it is a real, confirmed public campground, but availability for new seasonal campers may be limited; confirm current openings with the city.

Annual seasonal fees (2026): East side $2,995-$3,792 CAD; west side $2,995-$3,566 CAD, due by April 30, 2026.
