About

Phyllis Lake Campground is located 33 km south of Rocky Mountain House on Highway 22 and 7 km west on Highway 591. This scenic foothill lake is perfect for canoeing, fishing and boating with electric powered motors only. There are 21 unserviced, first come, first served campsites, most of which are open and face the lake. The campsites are suitable for both RVs and tents.

Second units, where permitted, are payable on-site by cash or cheque. Please contact Rocky Mountain House at (403) 845-8309 to confirm if a second unit can be on the site.

Firewood: Firewood is not available. Help stop the spread of forest pests, Dutch elm disease and emerald ash borer. Plan to bring or buy firewood locally to burn on site.

Water: Please bring your own water. Water from the hand pump is not safe for consumption or use and should only be used to put out fires.
