About
Eight simple camp shacks (Barn, Cowboy, Deer, Feather, Hawk, Lure, Mountain, and Wolf) at Buffalo Bill State Park's Stagecoach area on Buffalo Bill Reservoir. Bring your own pillow, blankets, sleeping pad, toiletries, lantern, and flashlight. None are ADA-accessible. (Buffalo Bill's separate Shreve Lodge is a day-use-only event hall, not overnight lodging, so it isn't listed here.)
Fees
$55.50/night. This rate covers the rental unit itself; this park's own day-use vehicle entry fee and any overnight camping fee also apply on top of it, per Wyoming State Parks' own rental-fee page. Bookings for a May 1-September 30 stay open 120 days before arrival; for an October 1-April 30 stay, bookings open 120 days before arrival and close 48 hours before arrival. No season is separately published for the camp shacks. Buffalo Bill's general campground is open May 1-September 30, with the park's water systems shut down October-April - a useful reference point, though not a camp-shack-confirmed season. Call ahead for a winter stay.
