About

Steamboat Rock State Park has three cabins (C1-C3) within the Grand Coulee's cliff walls near Banks Lake, each sleeping up to five people (a bunk bed and a futon couch), with a microwave and mini-refrigerator, plus a heater and air conditioner. Pets are allowed in all three cabins, for a $15/night fee (max two pets). There's no bathroom inside the cabin - showers and restrooms are nearby. Bring your own bed linens. Each has a picnic table and fire pit outside.

Fees

Washington's 2026 cabin rate runs roughly $55-$125/night depending on season and cabin type. Washington is restructuring this rate on Jan. 1, 2027 - check https://parks.wa.gov/passes-permits/reservations/overnight-roofed-accommodation-fees for the exact current price before booking.

Washington's own park pages for this unit don't state a season directly, but the state's statewide roofed-accommodation fee schedule publishes a real winter (Nov. 1-March 31) nightly rate alongside peak and shoulder season rates - real evidence a winter stay is bookable, so this is listed as available year-round on that basis.
