About

It's a 16-foot-diameter, 10-foot-high yurt sleeping up to five people - a bunk bed (sleeps three) and a queen-size futon couch (sleeps two). Electric heat and lights are included, and the door locks, but there's no cooking allowed inside and no bathroom in the yurt itself - showers and restrooms are nearby. Bring your own bed linens. An optional 30-amp RV-style utility hookup is available at an extra fee. Pets aren't allowed in any of Pacific Beach's yurts, and open fires aren't allowed at this park at all. The park's own page doesn't state a total yurt count.

Fees

Washington's 2026 yurt rate runs roughly $50-$89/night depending on season. Washington is restructuring this rate on Jan. 1, 2027 - check https://parks.wa.gov/passes-permits/reservations/overnight-roofed-accommodation-fees for the exact current price before booking.

Washington's own park pages for this unit don't state a season directly, but the state's statewide roofed-accommodation fee schedule publishes a real winter (Nov. 1-March 31) nightly rate alongside peak and shoulder season rates - real evidence a winter stay is bookable, so this is listed as available year-round on that basis.
