The Turner House is a historic 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom mansion on St. Phillips Island, a privately-donated barrier island reachable only by a scheduled boat shuttle from Hunting Island State Park. It has a full kitchen, a living room, a bar, a den, an 820-square-foot screened porch facing the Atlantic, a pool table, a fire pit, bicycles, kayaks, golf carts, and fishing gear. The house isn't fully wheelchair accessible - ask about specific accessibility needs before booking. This is a whole-house rental for a group, not a typical single cabin, with a 5-night minimum and a price point well above every other cabin in this state's park system.
Fees
$10,000 for a 5-night minimum standard rental, or $18,000 for a 5-night exclusive rental that closes the island to other day visitors.
