Wallowa Lake State Park, gateway to the Eagle Cap Wilderness, has two yurts - a real, Oregon-wide exception noted directly on the state's own cabins/yurts page: these have wood walls (not the usual canvas) for extra warmth. They sleep up to 5 each (a bunk bed and a queen-size futon couch); guests bring their own bedding and cooking isn't allowed inside. This park's own page names exactly which one is pet-friendly: "one pet-friendly yurt (18). Pets are prohibited in the other yurt." ($10/night pet fee, up to two pets). Fees
