About

Detroit Lake State Recreation Area has six small mini cabins on the shore of its forest-ringed reservoir, each sleeping up to 3 with a heater, microwave, and mini fridge. Unlike every other cabin/yurt in this file, these run on an OFF-peak schedule: four are open Oct. 1 through April 30, and two remain open a bit longer, through May 31 - all are closed during the park's busy summer season. This park's own page doesn't state a pet policy specific to these cabins. No individual per-unit GPS coordinate is published - the map point shown is this park's own booking-location point.

Fees

Oregon State Parks' statewide rate for a rustic cabin or yurt runs $42-$62/night plus lodging tax; a $10/night non-refundable fee applies to pet-friendly units. Exact current rate shown when booking at https://stateparks.oregon.gov/index.cfm?do=reserve.cabins-yurts

These mini cabins run an inverse schedule from most Oregon State Parks lodging: open in the off-season (Oct. 1-April 30, with two remaining open through May 31) and closed during the summer high season, per this park's own page.
