About

Bannack State Park, Montana's best-preserved ghost town, has one wall tent among its 28 campground sites. The park's own listing doesn't publish sleeping capacity, bed setup, electricity, water, kitchen, or bathroom detail - call ahead to confirm what's actually inside before booking.

Fees

Residents/pass holders $54/night ($50/night in the off-season, third Monday in September through third Thursday in May); nonresidents $66/night ($60/night off-season). Montana's day-use entrance fee also applies on top of the nightly rate: residents who pay the $9 state parks fee with vehicle registration owe nothing extra; nonresidents pay $8/vehicle or $4/walk-in per day (or a $50/year or $35/7-day pass). A 50% discount applies statewide to Montana-resident seniors (62+), veterans, and people with disabilities. Reservations open up to 3 months ahead; canceling before check-in carries a flat $10 fee.

Bannack's own page states the park operates year-round, and this is the general park-wide statement used here rather than one specific to the wall tent - no separate wall-tent winter-closure note was found either confirming or contradicting it.
