About
Twelve duplex cabins perched on a bluff overlooking Grenada Lake, each with linens and towels, cookware and dishware, a microwave, coffee pot, full refrigerator, stove and oven, TV, and a grill/picnic table. Cabins 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 10 are a studio layout with a screened porch and no living room; cabins 2, 4, 8, and 9 have a living room instead of a screened porch; cabins 2, 4, 8, 9, 11, and 12 add a fireplace. MDWFP's own listing doesn't mention air conditioning or heating for these cabins at all, unlike most other Mississippi state park cabins - call to confirm before a summer or winter stay. No pets or smoking allowed. Laundry is at the Spillway Campground behind site #49.
Fees
Mississippi State Parks' statewide Cabins rate band: $35.00-$350.00 per night; the exact nightly rate depends on this park's own cabin tier and the season - contact the park to confirm. A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation (check, cash, or credit card). Guests must be 21 or older, or accompanied by an adult who is. A government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. The weekend rate applies Friday and Saturday nights. A 15% discount applies for guests 62+, disabled, veterans, and active-duty service members (excludes holidays and special events).
This is a standing, year-round rental with no seasonal closure published. Mississippi's one Gulf Coast state park, Buccaneer, has no cabin or cottage of any kind (checked directly), so no storm/hurricane-season closure applies to this - or any - record in this file; still worth calling ahead to confirm status if a storm system is active during your trip.
