Trine State Recreation Area, a satellite property about 1.5 miles from Pokagon State Park, has no tent or RV camping at all - its 12 individually named cabins (Snipe, Redwing, Killdeer, Woodcock, Sandpiper, Blue Heron, Kingfisher, Green Heron, Towhee, Flicker, Tanager, and Cardinal) are its only overnight lodging, sleeping 2 to 6 people depending on the cabin. You must be 21 or older to reserve one. Only the Flicker and Towhee cabins allow pets - every other cabin here is pet-free.
