About

Rental cabins at Paso Picacho Campground in Cuyamaca Rancho State Park's mountain forest. The park's own page names five: Manzanita, Live Oak, Coulter, and Cedar cabins, plus the larger Nature Den cabin - but ReserveCalifornia's own live booking system currently shows only four of them (all but Cedar) as active, bookable units, so confirm Cedar's availability directly before counting on it. The park's own page didn't list sleeping capacity or in-cabin kitchen/bathroom details. General park dog rules require a leash at all times and keep dogs off trails; cabin-specific pet policy wasn't confirmed.

Fees

Manzanita, Live Oak, and Coulter cabins: $80/night, including two vehicles. Nature Den, the larger cabin: $100/night, including two vehicles. Cedar is listed at $80/night on the park's own page. A non-refundable $8.25 ReserveCalifornia reservation fee applies on top of the nightly rate.

From December 1 through March 31 each year, these cabins switch to first-come, first-served instead of online ReserveCalifornia reservations - they're not closed for winter, just not bookable ahead online in that window.
